01 — PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

From reference to confirmed direction

Can WEIGE develop a product from a photo, sketch or physical sample?

Yes. Share the clearest reference available together with intended use, dimensions, target market and estimated quantity. WEIGE can review the direction and identify the decisions needed for sampling.

What can usually be customized?

Depending on the product: dimensions, proportion, frame, material, weave, color, finish, components, lining, cushion, hardware, logo, labels and packaging.

What information creates a stronger first brief?

Reference images, target market, sales channel, approximate dimensions, quantity by SKU, branding needs, packing direction and expected delivery window.

02 — MOQ & COMMERCIAL

Why the answer depends on the whole project

What is the MOQ?

MOQ varies with material purchase, structure, weaving time, components, color, logo, packaging and assortment. Some existing directions may support smaller starting quantities, while custom projects may require more. Confirm by specification.

Can different models or colors be mixed?

Mixed-SKU planning can be discussed, but the practical answer depends on material, color batches, components, carton setup and total order structure.

How is a useful quotation prepared?

A quotation needs a clear product reference, dimensions, material or finish direction, quantity, packaging, destination and any testing or labeling requirements. Open details should be marked as open.

03 — PRODUCTION & QUALITY

Define consistency without removing craft

How long do sampling and production take?

Timing depends on product complexity, material availability, revision rounds, quantity, packing and the current production schedule. Sampling and production timing must be confirmed for the specific project.

How is quality handled for handmade products?

Approve a representative sample and define critical measurements, structure, function, finish, components and packing. Natural material and handmade variation should be discussed separately from defects.

Can buyer inspection requirements be supported?

Inspection direction can be coordinated according to the product, order and buyer requirements. Share any checklist, third-party inspection or market-specific expectation before order confirmation.

04 — PACKING & DELIVERY

Protect the product after production

Can packaging and carton marks be customized?

Inner protection, labels, care cards, retail presentation, carton printing and shipping marks can be discussed subject to quantity, cost and production feasibility.

How are wicker shapes protected during export?

Packing should identify pressure points, rims, handles, open weave areas and nesting risks. The right solution balances shape protection, carton size, handling and customer unpacking.

Which markets can WEIGE support?

WEIGE is positioned for international wholesalers, retailers, brands, e-commerce sellers, hospitality projects and trading partners. Destination-specific testing, electrical, labeling or documentation needs must be provided by the buyer and confirmed by project.
